How does Case Assistant work?

Type a natural language question (e.g., “When did chiropractic treatment begin?”), and Case Assistant responds instantly with a clear answer and a clickable citation showing where that information was sourced. You can ask follow-up questions, copy the response into a demand letter, or reference facts during a live call - all without switching tabs. Chats are autosaved and accessible later in the same case.

What data is used?

Medical chronology and case metadata (name, DOB, DOI) only. Only data tied to the current case is accessible, ensuring privacy and relevance.

What kind of questions can I ask?

Case Assistant has access to the case's medical chronology – any question that can be answered using the timeline data can be answered. Example questions to ask:

  • Draft a demand letter

Are responses in real time?

Are my chats saved?
