· Immediately notify LawPro.ai of any unauthorized access or security incident. You are solely responsible for the content and data you input or upload to the Services.
5. Compliance with Laws
LawPro.ai and its users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including:
· HIPAA (45CFR Parts 160 and 164) when handling Protected Health Information (PHI).
· SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria for security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.
· Applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR, CCPA, or state privacy acts).Users are responsible for ensuring their use of LawPro.ai Services complies with all relevant legal and professional requirements.
6. Data Privacy and Security
LawPro.ai maintains industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect all customer data, consistent with HIPAA and SOC 2 requirements.
· PHI is encrypted in transit and at rest.
· Access is limited to authorized personnel with a legitimate business need.
· Data processing is governed by our PrivacyPolicy and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) where applicable. LawPro.ai will promptly notify affected customers of any breach as required under HIPAA’s Breach Notification Rule.
7. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information with the same level of care used to protect its own confidential data, but not less than reasonable care. Confidential information shall not be disclosed except as required by law or authorized in writing by the disclosing party.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, and materials provided by LawPro.ai remain the exclusive property of LawPro.ai or its licensors.
Users retain ownership of their own data but grant LawPro.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to process data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
9. Service Availability and ModificationsLawPro.ai aims to maintain continuous availability of its Services. However, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice, where possible.
We are not liable for interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our control.
10. Fees and Payment
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, all Services are billed according to the pricing terms provided at the time of purchase or subscription. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access. z
11. TerminationLawPro.ai may terminate or suspend your access if you:

· Engage in unlawful or unethical conduct, or
· Pose a risk to the security or integrity of the Services.Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Services. Data will be handled according to our retention and deletion policies.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties

LawPro.ai disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted bylaw, LawPro.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
LawPro.ai’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LawPro.ai, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or damage arising out of your use of the Services, violation of theseTerms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
